Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time role will allow you to deliver meaningful speech and language interventions in a school-based setting, located near Aubrey, TX. The assignment begins August 12, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027, offering you the chance to make a substantial impact throughout the academic year within a single school environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP License required
• CCC-SLP or CFY status accepted
• Demonstrated experience or interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, support staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services for elementary students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders within the school setting
• Consult and coordinate with teachers and other specialists to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for each student’s progress and treatment
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in team-based decision making
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain state licensure and expand skillset

This contract position offers 40 hours per week across 5 days, focusing exclusively on one campus. You’ll enjoy highly competitive compensation between $45 and $50 per hour, paid weekly.
