Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful role supporting elementary students’ communication and learning needs in an engaging school setting near Little Elm, TX. This is a contract opportunity with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, beginning August 12, 2026, and ending May 28, 2027. You’ll work at a single campus, focusing on a manageable elementary caseload where your expertise can truly make a difference.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Texas SLP License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience in pediatric or school-based speech-language pathology
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently—no SLPA support for this caseload
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

What You'll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for elementary students
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress and maintain thorough records
• Provide consultative support to staff and families regarding student progress and strategies
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth

Compensation & Benefits:
