Looking for a role where you can share your love for coffee and create memorable experiences for customers? Minuti Coffee, located in the heart of Houston, TX, is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Baristas. Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow in a vibrant, customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You'll Do As a Barista at Minuti Coffee, you'll be the face of our café, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and their favorite cup of coffee!). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso beverages to perfection.
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating area.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions efficiently.
- Assisting with restocking supplies and ensuring the café is always ready to welcome guests.
