Your assignment may cover 1-2 school sites, depending on need and availability. As a W2 contract Occupational Therapist, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week with an ASAP start. Certified applicants with a Washington OT license and ESA certification will thrive in this student-centered environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington OT License
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Experience or passion for working in school-based settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with varying needs
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions that enhance students’ participation in educational activities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Support IEP development, attend relevant meetings, and provide consultative support
• Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet the diverse needs of students across assigned sites
