Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in Oregon
• Experience supporting pediatric or school-based caseloads
• Flexibility to work both onsite (3 days) and virtually (2 days)
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Adaptability, initiative, and commitment to inclusive student support

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver OT assessments, direct interventions, and consultative services to a caseload of 30-50 students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Develop and implement IEP-related OT goals
• Maintain thorough documentation, service logs, and compliance with policies
• Provide resources and strategies to classroom staff
