What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and service needs
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
• Build strong relationships through trust and exceptional communication
• Coordinate repairs with our technician team
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Ensure every customer receives a world-class service experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Help drive department growth through outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Team player with a desire to learn and grow
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
