What We're Looking For
A motivated, sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Previous Service Advisor or automotive sales experience required.
Strong upsell and closing skills — excellent communicator who builds trust.
Passionate about delivering a 5-star customer experience and helping drive strong customer satisfaction (NPS/CSI) scores.
Familiarity with Subaru vehicles is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet customers and professionally assess their service needs.
Present service recommendations clearly and confidently.
Serve as the trusted liaison between customers and technicians.
Maximize every service opportunity while ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Drive high service NPS/CSI scores through exceptional customer care.
