Confidential Employer. Job Description Represent clients in estate and probate litigation matters from inception through resolution. Research complex legal issues and prepare memoranda, motions, and legal briefs. Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence. Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances. Manage client communications and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the litigation process. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve successful client outcomes. Participate in networking and business development efforts to help grow the practice. Maintain current knowledge of estate litigation law and best practices. Qualifications Active New Jersey Bar license required. 1+ year of estate litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable appearing in court and interacting directly with clients. Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing a caseload. Business development interest is a plus.
