Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

We are working with a top tier regional firm who is looking to grow out their litigation team in Freehold, NJ. They are seeking an experienced associate (6+ years) to handle a mix of employment and civil rights matters, with a strong emphasis on employment litigation. This role involves representing government entities in complex litigation. However, other opportunities will be made available to this candidate to work on other general litigation matters as well. The position offers a collaborative, growing office environment, hybrid schedule (3 days in-office), and a reasonable ~1800 hour target. New Jersey bar required. Compensation is strong with a discretionary bonus, with flexibility for more senior attorneys and a path to partnership.
