We are a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm looking for a Legal Assistant. Our home office is in Clear Lake, but we have expanded our business and have opened an office location in Houston off Richmond Avenue.

Duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Providing exceptional customer service, communicating with clients, and case management with attorneys

- Communicating with Insurance companies

- Setting up insurance claims

- Answers heavy phone calls

- Filing, scanning, faxing and organizing paperwork

Qualifications include:

- Prior legal experience is preferred

- Prior office experience is required

- Excellent communication skills (telephone, in-person and written)

- Bilingual is a plus

- Organized individual with the ability to multitask

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Computer knowledge in excel, word and outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour
