location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both customers and technicians to keep service operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience:

Deliver friendly, professional service over the phone from the

first call

to

final follow-up

. Scheduling & Dispatching:

Book service calls, assign technicians, and maintain an optimized daily schedule. Technician Liaison:

Serve as the go-to office contact for your assigned group of techs—ensuring they have what they need and stay in the loop. Follow-Up Calls:

Conduct "happy calls" after service and handle any needed follow-up communications. Timesheet Management:

Collect, review, and submit accurate technician timesheets. Invoicing:

Prepare and send invoices through

ServiceTitan (ST)

and

3rd-party platforms

. Ensure all job details and billing information are accurate and complete.

Payment Collection:

Collect payments over the phone and log transactions properly. What You Bring Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Comfort with dispatching software, CRMs, or platforms like ServiceTitan (or similar) Experience in customer service, scheduling, or service industry support Positive attitude, team spirit, and a proactive work ethic Location North Kansas City Office Pay & Benefits $20+ per hour
