Engineering Technician

Position Summary Support RF engineering at an industry-leading engineering firm to troubleshoot, test, and debug radio systems while partnering with R&D and manufacturing teams. This full‑time, permanent Engineering Technician position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Salary: $25 - $39 per hour. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of equipment and systems to meet client and company requirements. Conduct detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes. Develop and implement detailed test procedures, using sophisticated test equipment and analysis tools. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify inefficiencies or problems and propose solutions. Maintain documentation of all processes, tests, and modifications. Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and regulations. Provide training and technical guidance to junior staff. Continually update technical knowledge and skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Engineering Technician or in a similar role. Proficiency in TIA or equivalent technology. Excellent technical and problem‑solving skills. Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics. Excellent communication and teamworking skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software (e.g., CAD). Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in complex processes. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
