Manager of Rehabilitation Medicine Operations

The Manager is responsible for the effective operational management and regulatory compliance of the Department, inclusive of both the inpatient and outpatient programs. The role includes overseeing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology services. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate activities of the Department to ensure effective operations in accordance with patient needs, professional standards, and established procedures. Provide oversight for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology programs. Ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness of inpatient and outpatient programs. Lead departmental staff and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to meet organizational goals. Preferred Criteria Master’s degree Previous experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings Previous leadership experience Required Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Kinesiology, or Health Related Sciences Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification – American Heart Association Licensure as a Physical Therapy (DPT) or Occupational Therapist by the State of New York Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Employee engagement is at an all-time high.
