We provide advanced technology across 4 operating rooms and 3 treatment rooms, and support a diverse range of specialties. Responsibilities Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED. Completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification as required by state and/or center. Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient. Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation. Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions. Excellent teamwork, strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, engage patients, and coordinate with physicians. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
