Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This remote position requires the candidate to be based in the greater Chicago area, supporting nationwide hiring with a focus on healthcare and clinical roles. The recruiter will manage full lifecycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and optimize TA processes using Workday Recruiting and Phenom CRM.
