What You'll Do
- Oversee Full-Cycle Searches , guiding candidates from intake through to final placement.
- Be a strategic Client Partner, adeptly assessing their hiring aspirations, challenges, and cultural nuances.
- Source Candidates Intelligently utilizing our exclusive CRM/ATS, your existing network, and advanced communication tools.
- Harness Our Platform to systematically manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain impeccable organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver enduring benefits for clients and significant commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership that not only elevates our brand but also enhances yours in the process.

- 2-3+ years of relevant agency recruiting or consultative sales experience
