Location Zip Code: 17055 Job Family: Service Professional Job Title: Pest Control Technician We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team. This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Harrisburg, PA. The position reports to our Harrisburg office once per week while working independently on a daily route within your local area. Compensation: $20.25–$23.25 per hour with uncapped bonuses and an annual incentive trip. You will receive a company iPhone and the opportunity to make overtime. Company vehicle, gas card, and a product backpack (≈50lb) are also provided. Paid training and $401(k) with employer match up to 4% are included. Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order. Keep accurate records of treatments provided. Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws. Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs. Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures. Advise customers of potential problems. Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes. Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use. Qualifications No experience necessary; we provide full training. A U.S. driver’s license valid for at least 3 years. A clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years). Will pass a drug test and background check.
