Information Technology Support Analyst

The Information Technology Support Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to staff across the organization. This role responds to support tickets, diagnoses hardware, software, and network issues, and implements solutions or escalates as needed. The analyst will install and configure applications, manage user accounts and access permissions, and assist with system updates and routine maintenance tasks. Qualifications

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills, with experience in common operating systems, business applications, and basic networking.
