Role: Application Support Engineer

Location: Remote in PST / CST

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

We're partnering with a growing technology-driven organization looking for a Support Engineer to help maintain and improve the systems that power a highly customer-focused platform.

This role sits at the intersection of technical support, software engineering, and customer success , offering the opportunity to work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business stakeholders to investigate issues, improve workflows, and ensure a seamless user experience.

You'll gain exposure to modern SaaS technologies, third-party integrations, APIs, internal tooling, and core business systems while making a direct impact on both customers and internal teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications, databases, integrations, and system logs
• Partner with engineering teams to identify root causes and drive resolutions
• Support business-critical workflows and ensure systems operate efficiently
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for process and product improvements
• Document common issues, business processes, and technical solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to improving internal tools and support procedures

Preferred Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Success Engineering, Software Engineering, QA, or similar technical roles
• Experience debugging production issues and supporting business-critical xhyhwjd applications
• Exposure to modern development technologies and databases
• Familiarity with technologies such as:
• Python
• React
• TypeScript
• SQL
• Experience working in SaaS, InsurTech, FinTech, or other technology-driven environments is advantageous
