Sinking Spring Elementary School 2850 Susquehanna Trail Road York, PA 174068 Hours Per Day 260 Days Per YearJob Summary: Provide district-wide technical support for Technology Assistants, Administration, Teachers, Support Staff, Students, and other end users. Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and upgrade of Apple hardware and related peripherals.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Install, test and configure computer hardware and software.Work with users to establish adequate controls for physical security and backup.Perform troubleshooting, repair and upgrade of Apple hardware (iPads, computers, monitors, etc.) and related peripherals (printers, scanners, cameras, projectors, etc.).Coordinate repairs with service providers for warranty and out-of-warranty work.Research and price shop for hardware, software and computer-related purchase of replacement parts.Responsible for maintaining accurate hardware and software inventory records at building(s).Responsible for the maintenance of all computers and printers for assigned building(s), as per District procedure.Perform special projects and other duties, as assigned.Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 2 year degree in a technology field, or 1-3 years' experience in related technology support functions. Advanced training in technical support. Maintain Apple certification.Hourly Rate: $18.38-$22.56 *Step placement shall be based on years of service recognized by employer.
