Established firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal/ Legal Assistant to support mostly intellectual property litigation cases. 3+ years of law firm experience is required.
Office is located in Uptown.
Responsibilities
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
- File court documents
- Support patent enforcement and intellectual property litigation efforts
- Assist with appeals and trial preparation activities
- Organize evidence and prepare materials for trial
- Communicate internally with legal team regarding case progress
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in IP litigation
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Proficient with litigation support and document management systems
- Familiarity with USPTO, PACER and State & Federal Courts.
Firm pays base, 2 annual bonuses and full benefits package.
