Account Manager

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you'll be right at the centre of that momentum. You'll build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, as we deliver performance-led marketing strategies that drive measurable results. It's a role for someone commercially minded, proactive, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships to support retention and uncover new revenue opportunities
• Lead generation, upselling, and renewal strategy across performance marketing services
• Contribute to client strategies and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results
• Compile monthly SEO performance reports and attend client meetings
• Identify growth opportunities and steer accounts toward long-term success
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client goals are met and exceeded

Person Specification

Key Qualifications and Attributes:

• Proven experience in a commercial sales or account management role
• Understanding of digital marketing solutions (performance marketing experience is a plus, but not essential)
• Track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised and able to manage documentation and reporting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong initiative and problem-solving ability
• Commercially minded with a focus on outcomes
• Experience in a digital agency or client-facing sales environment preferred
• Legal right to work in the United States
