Director of Traffic & ITS Strategy

The City of Lubbock seeks a licensed Professional Engineer to serve as Director of Traffic Management. You will oversee traffic engineering, operations, and fiber infrastructure, guiding budgeting and policy development while leading multidisciplinary teams. This public sector role reports to Public Works and requires PE licensure in Texas or eligibility within one year.
