Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Georgia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification required (AHA or ARC).
Ability to evaluate and treat orthopedics, debility, spinal cord and neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures, post-op, and cardiac diagnoses.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Preferred: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Assignment Details
Facility Type: Hospital (inpatient rehabilitation).
Duration: 17 week travel assignment.
Standard hours per week: 40.
Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.
Patient census/volume: average 10–12 patients per therapist per day.
EMR: Epic.
Department support: typically three rehab staff working daily with lead therapists on site.
Orientation: New employee orientation plus 3–5 days departmental orientation (dependent on experience).
Weekend rotation: available but not required.
On call: no.
Holiday expectations: no.
Floating: not required.
Scrub color: light grey. Parking: free.
