To ensure a smooth loan origination process, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor will assist in processing reverse mortgage applications by collecting, verifying, and submitting necessary documentation while managing a pipeline of loans and maintaining communication with all parties involved. Key responsibilities Process reverse mortgage loans and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely progression and adherence to deadlines Communicate effectively with loan officers, borrowers, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide exceptional customer service Required qualifications 4-5 years of reverse mortgage loan processing experience, with retail processing preferred Experience with HECM and proprietary reverse mortgage products Strong knowledge of mortgage lending laws and reverse mortgage guidelines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
