The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong communication, interpersonal, and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
• Take vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in resident activities and promote a positive living environment

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
