What You’ll Do As a vital part of our front-line team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient service. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, call center-style environment where no two days are the same.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care

Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar like a pro

Working closely with dispatchers to streamline technician routes

Spotting opportunities to recommend services and boost sales

Processing work orders and solving customer concerns quickly

Helping the office run like a well-oiled machine

Being flexible—open to new tasks and cross-training opportunities

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

Prior administrative or office experience

Excellent communication & phone etiquette

Strong organizational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and speedy data entry

A team mindset—with the ability to work solo when needed

Experience in a call center (big plus!)
