Senior Housing Finance & Development Lead

City of Richmond, Virginia

Christiansburg, VA

City of Richmond is seeking a Senior Manager for Housing and Community Development. This role provides leadership over the Housing Finance and Development programmatic functions, supervising four managers and coordinating with 3rd-party partners such as LISC.

The position oversees NOFAs, RFPs, underwriting, and funding structures to meet investment requirements while ensuring compliance with federal and local laws. Travel within Richmond may be required.
