Weekend Production Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Operate and monitor production equipment on Line 4, keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
• Perform equipment changeovers, basic repairs, preventive maintenance, quality checks, and production audits.
• Monitor and record production, waste, downtime, efficiency, and quality information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while addressing quality and sanitation concerns.
• Work closely with team members and support staff, communicate important information, and assist in other plant areas as needed.
• Work 12-hour shifts from 4:15 PM–4:30 AM every other weekend or 4:15 AM–4:30 PM every other weekend.

Weekend Production Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or related experience preferred, but relevant mechanical or production experience may be considered.
• Intermediate mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand and operate production equipment; comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong math, reading, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and complete quality checks.
• Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well with a team.
• Must be available to work 12-hour shifts every other weekend and willing to work additional overtime when needed.
