Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Owner Location-Type: Hybrid onsite in Broomfield, CO (~2 days/week onsite) Must reside local to Broomfield, CO - No relocation considered at this time Start Date: October 5, 2025 Duration: Contract-to-Hire, 6 months (potential extension and FTE conversion) Compensation Range: $88.40/hr - $104.00/hr Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The ServiceNow Platform Owner serves as the internal point of contact and strategic owner of the ServiceNow platform, bridging business stakeholders, IT leadership, and an external Systems Integrator to drive platform maturity, adoption, and long-term value. Job Summary •Own the ServiceNow platform roadmap, backlog, governance, and prioritization strategy across the organization •Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, functional requirements, and platform solutions •Serve as the primary liaison to the external ServiceNow Systems Integrator, managing deliverables, estimates, timelines, and quality •Oversee solution design, testing, UAT, releases, deployments, upgrades, and overall platform health •Drive process improvement, automation, self-service, and AI opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem •Monitor platform adoption, KPIs, business value, technical debt, integrations, and performance metrics •Partner with IT, Security, Infrastructure, Support Services, and business teams to ensure consistent and effective platform use •Evaluate and prioritize future ServiceNow capabilities such as AI, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, and SPM Minimum Requirements: •5 years of ServiceNow experience in platform management, administration, business analysis, product ownership, or consulting •Must reside local to Broomfield, CO - No relocation considered at this time •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required •ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM and CSM •Demonstrated experience with CMDB and CSDM modules •Proven experience managing a third-party ServiceNow Systems Integrator or implementation partner •Strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge and background in ServiceNow administration or development •Strong business requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and facilitation abilities Preferred Qualifications: •Experience with Service Catalog, IT Asset Management, and Knowledge Management modules •Familiarity with Performance Analytics and Workflow/Automation capabilities •Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments •ITIL Foundation certification
