Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description Accounts Payable Specialist International logistics company is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. Main Responsibilities Receive, review, and process invoices accurately. Perform bank account reconciliations and account analysis. Prepare balance and financial reports for management. Handle check deposits and payment control. Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts. Record payroll accruals and related reports. Support accounting closing processes and billing activities. Maintain organized accounting and administrative files. Review statements and invoices. Create and manage purchase orders (warehouses, agencies, administrative supplies). Assist with inventory control. Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting operations. Use Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently. Requirements Degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and accounts payable. Experience with accounting software programs. Strong QuickBooks experience is required. Knowledge of U.S. banking processes. Basic English communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Valid work authorization required. Working Conditions Full-time position (40 hours per week) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Pay: $19.00 per hour Biweekly payroll through payroll company with direct deposit Benefits 2 personal days per year 3 sick days per year Paid Federal Holidays Vacation: 5 days per year during the first 3 years of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
