Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services, focusing on patients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, effectively understanding their individual circumstances.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that reflect cultural competency and address the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required, based on patient feedback and clinical assessments.

• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families, offering resources that assist in understanding mental health conditions and available treatment options.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
