Overview Of Position JBW Federal is seeking a Project Manager to work in the Scott AFB, IL area. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position. Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and manages scope. Align project goals and deliverables with organizational strategies and stakeholder expectations. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure consistency and collaboration. Monitor and track project performance, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program risks and issues. Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior leadership. Manage resource allocation and dependencies across projects. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate project governance, including steering committees and stakeholder reviews. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in project management Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMI). Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.. Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects or programs simultaneously. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred Proficient in program management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
