POSITION SUMMARY: The UAS (Uniform Assessment System) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the assessment process for clients enrolled in the Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) program. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, data management, compliance monitoring, and communication with clients, staff, and healthcare providers.  RESPONSIBLITIES:Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing and scheduling assessments for clients or patients, ensuring timely completion.Data Management: Collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate assessment data in the system.Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that assessments meet MLTC and organizational standards.Communication: Acting as a liaison between clients, MLTC and nurses to facilitate the assessment process.Training and support: Providing guidance and support to staff on the use of UAS system and related processes.Reporting: Generating reports and summaries based on assessment data for administrators.Payroll: Prepare and submit payroll for nurses/MLTC.REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Bilingual Preferred (English AND Spanish/Chinese/Korean)PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS: Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Previous experience in homecare is requiredPrevious experience or knowledge of MLTC is requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentProficient in MS OfficePlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
