This position offers excellent exposure to accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger support. Responsibilities Process and enter financial transactions accurately into the accounting system Assist with accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and payment processing Support accounts receivable functions through invoicing, payment posting, and account maintenance Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Review invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting schedules for management Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and account balances Respond to internal and external requests regarding financial documentation Support audits by gathering and organizing required documentation Collaborate with accounting and finance team members on special projects and process improvements Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or office administration experience preferred Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data analysis Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling financial information Preferred Experience Invoice processing Accounts payable and accounts receivable support Account reconciliations Data entry and financial reporting General ledger maintenance QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting software Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
