Front Office Associate

Job Description

A local religious organization is seeking a front Office Associate who will help people in person and on the phone, maintain calendars, schedule appointments, file documents, handle mail, manage property keys, and perform other office duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have previous office experience, must be comfortable working in a catholic setting, m ust have Microsoft and Google knowledge along with accurate data entry skills, m ust have an articulate and professional communication and phone presence, m ust be highly organized and detail-oriented, and must be able to maintain confidentiality. Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
