Oracle EPM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Engineer to support, enhance, and maintain Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. The role requires balancing development/enhancement work with production support while ensuring high availability, SLA compliance, and effective collaboration with FP&A and business stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement enhancements while concurrently handling application support activities Manage and resolve P1, P2, and P3 incidents in line with defined SLAs Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and forecast job completion, including troubleshooting and issue resolution Meet response and restoration SLAs for all incident priorities (P1–P5) during CST business hours Provide extended hours and on-call support for critical and escalated incidents when required Collaborate with FP&A teams and multiple stakeholder departments to analyze, communicate, and resolve issues and enhancement requests Design and implement effective solutions for complex business and user requirements Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive and long-term solutions Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM applications (Planning, FCCS, Hyperion, or related modules) Strong experience in production support and incident management Knowledge of month-end close, forecasting, and financial planning processes Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working directly with finance and FP&A stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
