Digital Consulting Manager/Senior Manager - Oracle EPM Planning

Senior Manager, Oracle EPM Cloud Location: United States (flexible, with 50% travel) Responsibilities Serve in a hands‑on, outward‑facing role combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and client interaction at both tactical and strategic levels. Lead client‑facing engagements through all project phases, from pursuit to delivery. Oversee project management and conduct intensive data analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Drive overall practice development and mentor coachees when assigned. Handle general project and organizational administrative tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 6–10 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementations in a consulting role. 2–4 years as a functional lead or technical specialist. Successfully delivered multiple end‑to‑end implementation projects in Oracle EPM Planning (ePBCS) or related areas. Experience in coaching and developing others, with effective leadership skills. Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client challenges. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Flexible to live in the U.S. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $145,000 – $190,000. The total estimated compensation range, including incentive, is $166,750 – $237,500.
