• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab tests-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology-using established protocols with precision.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new staff or interns, and help maintain the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for continued employment.
