Litigation Paralegal

A national product liability defense firm with an active trial docket is continuing to grow and seeking a Trial‑Ready Litigation Paralegal for its Austin office.
This role is built for defense paralegals who want to stay close to trial, take ownership of complex matters, and be trusted as part of the litigation strategy, not just execution.
The Work
- High‑exposure product liability defense (automobile, medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer products, warranty, asbestos)
- Hands‑on trial preparation and in‑trial support
- Discovery, subpoenas, depositions, exhibits, medical chronologies
- State and federal filings; document analysis and review
- Active collaboration with trial attorneys from start to finish

- 4+ years of litigation defense experience
- Product liability, med mal, automobile, or complex tort background
- Trial experience matters

Austin, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 days remote)
1800 billable hours annually
