PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR | $21–$26/HR | GREAT BENEFITS

Lakeland Automall is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Process weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees
• Ensure payroll is accurate, complete, and on time
• Work directly with department managers to verify payroll information
• Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, and employee updates
• Maintain garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other deductions
• Audit insurance invoices and employee deductions
• Maintain employee records, tax information, benefits, and leave balances
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Assist the HR Manager with payroll and HR responsibilities
• Maintain complete confidentiality of employee and payroll information

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
• HR experience required
• Experience handling payroll for a larger workforce preferred
• Automotive dealership payroll experience is a big plus
• Paycor experience is a strong plus
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional discretion when handling confidential information
