Responsible for the collections for the US which include: customer focused on us delivery Manage and execute dunning process./liliFollow up on disputes, deductions and late payments. Coordinate and support the preparation of adhoc - reports./liliProactively identify risk and issues within applicable areas. Assist Collection Lead and Global Process Owner(GPO) to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pEducation:/pp0-2 years working with accounts receivables collections experience. Basic ms office skills. Hands on experience in ERP systems (oracle,SAP, Polaris)./ppMust have business to business credit/collections experience./ppAbility to interact with customers in a professional manner. Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills./p/div
