Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic 

A growing company is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic. This is a full time direct hire position. It will work first shift 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday). Strong mechanical experience is key. 

Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following:

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Replace defective components, including gears, bearings, and wiring.
• Inspect equipment regularly to prevent breakdowns and production delays.
• Install, calibrate, and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and recommend equipment improvements.
• Follow all safety, security, quality, and regulatory procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, schematics, and blueprints.
• Requires mechanical maintenance experience and basic electrical skills.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment.
