CONFIDENTIAL HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION
Director of Business DevelopmentA growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Business Development to lead census growth initiatives, strengthen referral relationships, and support strategic business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community referral sources.
Drive admissions growth and increase market share.
Conduct regular outreach and networking within the healthcare community.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Represent the organization at community and industry events.
Track referral activity and provide regular reporting on business development efforts.
Qualifications:
Healthcare business development, admissions, marketing, or sales experience preferred.
Skilled in relationship building and networking.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of post-acute care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare services preferred.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet goals and drive results.
