A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Business Development to lead census growth initiatives, strengthen referral relationships, and support strategic business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community referral sources.

• Drive admissions growth and increase market share.

• Conduct regular outreach and networking within the healthcare community.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

• Represent the organization at community and industry events.

• Track referral activity and provide regular reporting on business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Healthcare business development, admissions, marketing, or sales experience preferred.

• Skilled in relationship building and networking.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Knowledge of post-acute care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare services preferred.

• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet goals and drive results.
