Director of Business Development
A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Business Development to lead census growth initiatives, strengthen referral relationships, and support strategic business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community referral sources.
- Drive admissions growth and increase market share.
- Conduct regular outreach and networking within the healthcare community.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Represent the organization at community and industry events.
- Track referral activity and provide regular reporting on business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Healthcare business development, admissions, marketing, or sales experience preferred.
- Skilled in relationship building and networking.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of post-acute care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare services preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet goals and drive results.
