Our client is seeking a driven, technically knowledgeable Business Development Manager to develop new customer relationships and expand its presence throughout the Las Vegas market.

\n

This is not a traditional bid-list sales position. The company is looking for a relationship-focused sales professional who can identify decision-makers, open doors, and build direct relationships with commercial customers. The ideal candidate understands electronic security and low-voltage systems well enough to speak confidently with customers, identify opportunities, support accurate proposals, and help position the company as a long-term security partner.

This role is ideal for an experienced low-voltage salesperson, account manager, or former fire alarm or security systems technician who understands the technical side of the industry and is ready to transition into a business development position.

\n

Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:

\n

\n
• Prospect, cold call, and build relationships with new commercial customers throughout the Las Vegas market
\n
• Identify and connect with IT managers, facilities leaders, property managers, security leaders, and other key decision-makers
\n
• Develop direct customer relationships rather than relying primarily on general contractor bid lists
\n
• Generate new business opportunities across electronic security, fire alarm, and low-voltage services
\n

\n

Your previous experience includes:

\n

\n
• 3+ years of business development, outside sales, or account management experience
\n
• Experience selling security systems, fire alarm, low-voltage, access control, CCTV, or related technologies
\n
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
\n
• Ability to confidently discuss technical solutions with customers
\n
