We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Advertising Sales Representative to join our team at LYV Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our range of web services including websites, web development, design, marketing, and experiential solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
• Manage and grow customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Report on sales activities and forecast to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long term relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and meeting sales goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Knowledge of web services industry is a plus.

Compensation

• The average sales value range is between $5,000 and $250,000.
• The average sell-in cycle time is between 1 to 6 weeks.
• The commission payout per sale is 15%.
• There is a monthly retainer of $1,000.

Sales Goal

The sales goal for the next 12 months is $2,000,000.
