A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Hours

• Full Time or Part Time an option - part time is 20 hours per week - full time is 32-30 hours per week
• Business Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM, Sunday 9AM - 4:30PM
• Float to Cranston, Providence, Woonsocket, North Smithfield, East Greenwhich.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Compensation

• The pay for this position is $75.00-78.00 an hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months of age and older in a primary care setting
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests in accordance with state licensure and clinical guidelines
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations
• Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN for specialized care as needed
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC - electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Requirements

• FNP License
• 1 + years of experience of primary care, urgent care, ER, internal/family medicine or hospital experience
