Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for a diverse student population
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff consultations as needed
• Provide therapy in both individual and group settings, adapting to students' unique needs
• Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, families, and related service teams to support student success
