Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Lead pharmacy compliance and quality assurance initiatives for a rapidly growing dermatology pharmacy headquartered in Tennessee, with a mission to provide affordable, patient-focused solutions across multiple states. This Direct Hire position offers the opportunity to shape and elevate compliance frameworks while supporting operational excellence in an expanding healthcare environment.

Location & Schedule:

• Primarily onsite at the Administration office in Franklin, TN
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• No on-call duties or weekend shifts
• Some remote flexibility on Wednesdays after onboarding
• Quarterly travel to the Texas pharmacy location required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead readiness and compliance efforts for URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state board regulations
• Develop scalable SOPs, compliance workflows, and documentation processes
• Conduct mock audits to identify and address operational and compliance risks
• Maintain multi-state pharmacy licensure tracking and compliance standards
• Create and execute compliance training programs for pharmacy staff
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen operational accountability and quality assurance
• Drive consistency and audit readiness across multiple pharmacy locations

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist license; candidates from diverse backgrounds will be considered
• Leadership experience in pharmacy operations or compliance required
• 5+ years in pharmacy compliance, accreditation, regulatory oversight, or quality assurance preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state board requirements
• Proven ability to build systems, improve processes, and enforce operational accountability
• Excellent organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-growing environments
• Proficiency with compliance systems, spreadsheets, LMS platforms, and reporting tools
